What is Business Builder Coaching?
Business Builder is a three month programme tailored to the specific needs of each business owner. We use a model of setting expectation, building capability and driving motivation to help you improve your performance. The brutal truth is that running your own businesses can be a tough old game. Putting systems and practices into place will allow a business to grow beyond its founder, and help to create something solid, and built to last.
The programme begins with a short Alignment Meeting to allow you to get to know Gareth, and start to build a relationship. That’s followed by the first official coached session, which will focus on setting your expectations of the business. What is your vision for the business? What are your short and long term goals? How will you measure your progress? We will work together to set the framework of your plan. A month later, we’ll meet again to review your capabilities. What are you good at? Which areas are proving profitable? Crucially, where are you struggling? What are the skills you need to supplement? How will you do it? In the third meeting, we will look at motivation and what tools you might use to maintain your focus.
Foundation Builder Coaching is a self contained three month programme but, on completion, there will be the option to continue working with Gareth on one of our ongoing programmes.
