What is Team Development Coaching?
Our Team Development Coaching is an open ended programme that is tailored to the specific needs of each organisation. We work with leaders and managers within an organisation on their own leadership, and their vision for the future. We then work with the team, using group and one to one sessions, to help define and create a culture that everyone can buy into. Different situations call for different priorities, and we will adapt our programme for the individual requirements of each organisation.
The programme begins with a short Alignment Meeting to allow you to get to know Gareth, and start to build a relationship. We will then develop a next steps plan for the organisation with realistic timescales, and a clear expectation of what will be required. Team Development Coaching can often be combined with our Leadership Coaching Programme for business owners, but each case will be treated as required.
